Fun and Friendly Fitness!
Bicester Boot Camp
No two sessions of Bicester Boot Camp will ever be quite the same with a huge range of top quality equipment to make every session fun and different. There will be something for everyone, and if you are unable to do one exercise then there are plenty of alternatives to help you stay involved. We are always looking at new equipment and new ideas, and would love to add Yoga session or elements of Cross-Fit in the future.
Outdoor Circuit Training
Circuit training is a short burst of resistance exercise using moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed quickly by other bursts of exercise targeting different muscle groups.
Because you switch between muscle groups, no rest is needed between exercises. This gets the heart rate up, which usually doesn't happen during resistance exercise. Sometimes, to get the heart rate up further, aerobics are sprinkled between resistance exercises.
Circuit training is never boring or predictable and may involve anything from sandbags, medicine balls, agility ladders, resistance bands, body weight exercises, boxing - and pretty much anything else that I can find.
Working for a minute on each station you can work as hard (or as easy) as you want, and you even if you hate the exercise, Star Jumps might just be around the corner to cheer you up!!

Boxing Boot Camp
Getting fit, dealing with stress, building confidence, or just having fun, Boxing Boot Camp is a brilliant fitness session for everyone.
Whatever your size, shape or sex, every boxer will have started from ground level, so anyone and everyone can work their way up to a good level of fitness.
Release your aggression: Boxing training is a great way to do that, making you feel calm because all the aggression is very channelled and controlled.
Increase your discipline: Many people don't appreciate that boxing training is about discipline, and it's a great way to increase that in other areas of your life, too, such as drinking and eating.
Focus energy and concentration: Training stimulates your mind and boosts your self-belief. It helps build self-esteem, respect, and gives you confidence to handle anything.
Have fun: Punching a friend, or even a stranger? What better way to spend your evening?!
Strength Resistance Training
Whether you are looking at losing weight, toning up, or just improving your fitness, strength resistance training is proven to be the most effect way to get results. That doesn't mean hitting the gym and intimidating weight training machines; body weight exercises and resistance bands can make strength training fun and accessable to everyone.
You might hate burpees, bicep curls, press ups and squats, but you'll thank me when the weight falls off, your clothes fight better and your bones are stronger and body fitter!!
All exercises can be adapted to fit around your needs and ability, and resistance can be increased as you get stronger.
